Remedy ITSM Business Analyst - Northampton - £450 - £500 Day 2 Months

TSR Technology are working with a well-known organisation based near Northampton to recruit a Remedy Business Analysts on an initial 2 Month contract, which will more than likely be extended.

As a Business Analyst your responsibilities and experience will include -

• Planning and executing requirements elicitation interviews and workshops with stakeholders
• CMDB & Data Migration experience
• Control M, Process Management, Batch Management
• Produce requirements catalogue of functional, non-functional and organisational requirements
• Produce use Business cases to support testing and implementation phases
• Collate data on the existing service catalogue and teams in foundation data templates/load sheets conduct gap analysis to define Business and system requirements
• Define Service request templates etc

You will currently either be working as an ITSM Business Analyst, Remedy ITSM Analyst, ITIL Business Analyst, Remedy Business Analyst, BMC Business Analyst.

As this role is based near Northampton it is easily commutable from Northamptonshire, Northampton, Daventry, Milton Keynes, Luton, Rugby, Buckinghamshire.
