TSR are recruiting on behalf of a top new build housing developer who has an existing opportunity for an individual who has recently completed an apprenticeship or college course in the fields of either construction, planning or quantity surveying. An opportunity to join an established land department. This is a varied role, with a primary focus on assisting/facilitating the group ‘bid audit’ function including carrying out road and area ‘take offs’ and checking cost and value inputs.
The role also includes other ad-hoc land and planning duties to support the department. The role is expected to provide progression opportunities in the fields of land buying and planning for the right applicant in due course.
