Customer Service Advisers

 

TSR are currently seeking Customer Service advisers for a busy call centre based in Ipswich. 

The Role

  • Inbound and outbound calls. 
  • Communicating with a large number of customers on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring the service provided by the 'on call' Technicians is always upheld to Company expectations. 
  • Liaising with line management to report any issues found.


Please Note - Their client base is of a 'mature' nature. So all Advisers must have a kind and patient nature. 

It is very important that any potential employees has an understanding of their company ethos. 

Hours (Approx) 8/9am - 4/5pm
