TSR are currently looking for a Personal Assistant on a Permanent full time basis in Swansea.
You will be providing full PA support to the Managing Director of a top new build housing developer.
Reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities will be:
- Management of office staff
- Be the first point of call for all HR issues
- Dealing with all recruitment, interview, inductions, sickness and annual leave
- Responsible for all office Health & Safety
- Any PA support for the Managing Director & other Directors
To be successful in your application for this role you will need the following experience:
- Previous experience in a PA role is essential
- Knowledge of HR Procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of managing and directing office staff
- Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft office packages
