  • TSR are currently recruiting for an established Customer Care Coordinator to join our client, a hugely successful National Housing Developer

    Your responsibilities will be to provide an efficient and effective customer care service, liaising with customers, contractors, site and management teams whilst maintaining effective working relationships.

    Your main duties will include:

    • To liaise with all customers and sub-contractors to establish an excellent after sales/maintenance response to all complaints / queries.
    • To be professional, courteous and punctual in all dealings with customers and our external partners.
    • Ensure all remedial works are monitored and that all relevant work is completed to the required standard within the agreed timescales.
    • Liaise with customers, suppliers, site managers and sub-contractors to ensure that all associated works are carried out at agreed times.
    • Ensure all materials and Labour that is required is available prior to works starting.
    • Ensure the customer care / after sales image by personally contacting customers two weeks after legal completion to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied.
    • Plan and monitor the work of the customer care supervisor in advance to ensure continuation of work.
    • Liaise with Site Managers, Contracts Managers and Construction Director prior to arranging any meetings with customers for the Customer Care Manager.
    • Produce all relevant documentation relating to customer care accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Responsible for updating COINS system in a timely and efficient manner to ensure accuracy of customer database.
    • Responsible for collating / maintaining the 28 day customer care questionnaire.
    • Maintain an efficient, effective filing system.
    • Monitor and report to the Customer Care Manager the performance of the sub-contractors.
    • Report any continually occurring problems encountered by the Customer Care Manager to ensure these can be rectified and the source of the problem identified.
    • Effectively liaise with management, maintenance supervisor, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure minimum response times to customer care issues.

    Role duties:

    Reporting into the Head of Regional Sales, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for maximising the Region’s Sales whilst maintaining the highest levels of Customer Service for their purchasers. 

    This key role within the regional sales management team requires a self- motivated, focused and driven individual to provide first class customer service focused on delivering the companies ambitious sales programme, primarily to new customers. 

    You must have a proven track record in property sales. Your role will be to coach, develop and motivate a team of sales executives to maximise sales opportunities by directing customers to the correct product for their needs across all availability within the sales portfolio.   • Reporting to the Regional Manager the Operations Manager is responsible for their designated business stream, having responsibility for managing their operation to ensure that business plan targets are met.

    Having a high degree of commercial/business acumen working with the business development manager to identify, plan and develop business development opportunities to meet sales and business plan targets.

    Ensure that requests, reports, projections, KPI’s and monthly valuations are accurate and submitted on time to meet deadlines and that performance is reported accurately.

    Using management skills to mentor, monitor and developing staff under their control.

    Main Responsibilities – Operations Manager

    • Ensure contracts are completed to programme, client satisfaction is maintained and profit margins are met.

  • Our client, a refurbishment, maintenance and D&B contractor are looking to procure a Commercial Manager to join their ever-growing business. They work in collaborative long-term arrangements with Registered Providers, Local Authorities and other stakeholders to build high quality housing and sustainable communities.

    The Commercial Manager will report to the Head of Commercial and will be responsible for being the commercial lead for a number of residential redevelopments in the West region.

    The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of JCT, NEC3 and bespoke contracts and possess a strong appreciation of project processes and design and risk management. Experience of successfully leading, managing, motivating and developing a team is essential, along with solid experience in delivering affordable housing schemes with values between £5m to an excess of £35m.

    Commercial awareness, cost planning and the ability to carry out accurate cost / value forecasting and risk management is essential along with excellent team leadership, communication and procurement skills. Experience in negotiating and agreeing both contract sums and conditions with clients is also required.

    Successful applicants will ideally possess a BSc in Surveying and along with membership of a recognised construction body (MCIOB, RICS). This is a senior role and the successful candidate will have worked at a similar level for a main contractor or developer within the region.

    The successful candidate will come from a similar background, both residential and contracting would be preferable, with the ability to demonstrate strong account management and commercial experience. You will ideally be degree qualified. In return, you will be offered:
