    Job Description

    · Delivering and installing, de-installing and removing of printers nationwide.

    · MFP experience preferable but not essential as training will be given.

    · Customer familiarity training.

    Skills required

    · Driver with good customer relations

    · IT skills required. Printer installation knowledge would be an advantage, but training can be given.

    · Good time keeping and time management.

    · Has a full UK driver license.

    · Must be able to drive a small van.

    Additional information

    Overnight stays are essential and although not continuous they are essential at little or no notice and can be 4 or 5 nights in a week. Early starts, late finishes – This is far from a 9 – 5 position.

    Role duties:

    Ensure that the programme deadlines are achieved

    Ensure that all building operations are carried out in line with current health and safety standards and that all method statements and risk assessments have been reviewed and checklists completed

  • TSR require a Development Manager to manage the delivery and internal reporting functions on a portfolio of contracted projects in line with the business plan. Taking on a proactive role and using contract skills to manage schemes acting as Employers Agent or appointing others in the role as appropriate.     Duties:

    • To undertake day to day delivery of complex residential projects whilst complying with all internal procedures. Involved from inception to post-handover, ensure all projects are delivered with the highest levels of internal and external customer service, having regard for the client’s values and resident satisfaction always.
    • Administration of build contracts, positively managing and actively problem solving.
    • Assisting with the compilation of tender documents, and critically reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and internal reporting.

    • The production of reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.
