    • - You must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and customer focussed.
    • - You must be numerate with good IT Skills.
    • - You should have leadership skills (control and management of employees) and a proven track record in successfully managing a project.
    • - You should be ambitious with high aspirations.
    • - You must hold a Driving Licence.
    • - Sound knowledge of Safety, Health and Environment

    Role duties:

    Reporting to our client's Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

    • Ensure that the programme deadlines are achieved
    • Assist the contractors and subcontractors to ensure they have a full understanding of the required program dates
    • Ensure that all building operations are carried out in line with current health and safety standards and that all method statements and risk assessments have been reviewed and checklists completed
    • Conduct and monitor toolbox meetings, health & safety training, including site inductions and site training are conducted as necessary
    • Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality
    • Assess the quality of work at all stages

    This is the second phase based in the city centre of Derby with 800 units in total a mix of homes and apartments. 160 of which have already been sold from phase 1.

    £21,500 + £1500 car allowance + Bupa health care + Mileage door to door.
