    Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for:

    • - Implementing site safety, Health and Environment policy and procedures

    • - Establish and maintain all relationships on site
    • - Carry out site inductions
    • - Working with the Site Manager to supervise sub-contractors on site

    To be successful in this role you will need:

    • - Previous Site Management experience is essential with SMSTS
    • - You will be commercially aware with excellent organisational skills.
    • - You must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and customer focussed.
    • - You must be numerate with good IT Skills.

    Reporting into the Contracts Manager you will be supervising the site and overseeing all building works ensuring agreed specifications, budgets and timescales are met.

    Your key responsibilities will be:

    • Ensuring all builds are produced to a consistently high standard of quality in line with

                   relevant standards and regulations.

    • Co-ordinating labour and materials to meet the production programme, maintaining the

                   optimum level of materials on sites consistent with the labour force being fully and

                   effectively employed and the agreed production programme being met.

     

    • Ensure that all building operations are carried out in line with current health and safety standards and that all method statements and risk assessments have been reviewed and checklists completed
    • Comply with Site Managers responsibilities as laid down in the Group’s Health, Safety & Environment Policy and complete the relevant documentation on a weekly/monthly basis
    • Conduct and monitor tool box meetings, health & safety training, including site inductions and site training are conducted as necessary
    • Liaise with Sales department and customers to ensure the highest possible Customer Care performance/ satisfaction and complete all relevant inspections and documentation.

  • TSR are seeking a pro-active and tenacious Sales Administrator/Progressor to join our clients flagship development in Gedling.

    The ideal candidate will have come from a Property Developer/Estate Agency background, have previous experience working in a Sales Administrator/Progression role and have a clear passion for what they do.

    Roles and responsibilities will include:

    • Managing the sales progression of Plot Sales and supporting on-site staff in exchanges, completions and co-ordinating all necessary paperwork
    • Liaising with Solicitors, IFAS, Estate Agents and the sales team to check that mortgage and legal processes are proceeding at the correct pace  
    • Proactively communicate with the Head of Sales and update on sales progression and details of problem plots or where assistance is needed to achieve completion targets
    • Ensuring solicitors and site sales teams are aware of all changes to drawings which impact on purchasers
    • Checking agreements, contracts, transfers, leases and getting documents signed, scanned and returned to solicitors
    • Accurately prepare Final Accounts on a monthly basis
    • Ensuring all files are up to date
    • Liaising with build on the readiness of plots to enable legal completion to take place as necessary and within the set timescales.
    • Generate correspondence to customers and solicitors

    ·Pre-start site inspections and preparation of CDM pack and develop through construction plan

    ·Prepare suitable tender list for subcontractors and suppliers, monitor their performance and feedback to Commercial department

    ·Ensure adequate and suitable resources are available for effective site start

    ·Monitor performance against construction programme to ensure targets are met and completions are on time

    ·Progress chasing as required. Provide dates through Sales/Build meetings to ensure legal completions are as forecast

    ·Monitor Health & Safety performance to ensure compliance with legal obligations and Company requirements

    ·Control additional costs for non-productive and prelim expenditure to ensure Group guidelines and take part in cost control meetings

    ·Liaise with all departments to support the Site Manager's role and ensure information, materials and contractors are available

    ·Monitor each stage of construction as work proceeds to ensure a quality product
