  • Due to continued expansion our client is currently looking for a Multi skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer to cover the South East. Applicants must be fully conversant with Air Conditioning and Gas and have some electrical knowledge. Engineers must be IT literate, ability to read and write clearly, customer focused and be prepared to work various hours.
    The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role and have experience of commercial retail contracts. Excellent opportunity within a growing company.

    The duties will be to:
    Carry out PPM servicing works to an agreed schedule working in a clean tidy and professional manner and representing the business to high standards at all times.

    Carry out all works using agreed safe systems of works referring to risk assessments and method statements. Obey all site rules and wear all appropriate PPE at all times.

    Carry out reactive maintenance repairs to our customers premises to agreed KPI response times carrying out repairs to the highest standards as above.

    Receive and update all jobs in a timely manner using the provided IT equipment, providing accurate detailed records.

    Provide accurate and detailed time, mileage and expense records for all hours worked to be submitted no later than 10am each Monday morning.

    To make sure that the help desk is updated at all times with ETA, job progress, job completion, quote required etc. to ensure the customer is updated.

    To work within the budget constraints of the individual contracts and show commercial acumen when making decisions around budgeting. Ensure all associated paper work and certificates are completed and signed by the customer prior to leaving site to ensure the job can be invoiced.

    The ideal candidate will have:
    F- GAS.
    CODNCO1 Changeover Commercial Gas Safety.
    COCN1 Core Commercial Gas Safety.
    CPN1 First Fix Commercial Pipework.
    17th Edition Wiring Regulations desirable
    Proven experience in a similar role
    Commercial/Retail experience
    IT literacy desirable
    Clean driving licence

  • TSR are currently recruiting for a Commercial Admin for a top 10 new build housing developer based in Staines the successful candidate will assist the Commercial Team with all administration tasks reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will provide a full and professional administrative support service to the Commercial Director and team. 

    The main duties of the role include drafting and typing up reports and letters, preparing presentations, diary management and filing.  Microsoft PowerPoint experience is desirable, and you must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Furthermore, you will ensure the Safety Management Advisory Services (SMAS) is kept up to date and you will be responsible for processing orders and payments; preparing and sending tender documents and setting up new subcontractors according to HMRC requirements. 

    You will produce forms for client extras, as well as process and code invoices, working closely with the customer service department; and occasionally liaise with HR in regards to recruitment for the team.

    In addition to this, you will be responsible for organising travel and hotels and organising facilities and refreshments for meetings. You will attend and minute meetings, as well as general typing and other office administration duties as required. You will manage the team’s holidays through an online system linked to payroll. Furthermore, you will organise all the team’s training requirements including the upkeep of records, booking courses in line with budget in conjunction with the HR team. 

    The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the housebuilding industry and have experience in a similar role. You should be able to act on your initiative, with excellent time management, planning and organisational skills. As you will be taking most incoming calls to the department you should have a polite telephone manner.

    Obtaining and verifying sub-contractor quotations for specialist items
    Take off from drawings
    Understanding and interpreting Specifications
