    Role duties:

    • Reporting to our client's Contracts Manager/Construction Director your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
    • Ensure that the programme deadlines are achieved
      Assist the contractors and subcontractors to ensure they have a full understanding of the required program dates
    • Ensure that all building operations are carried out in line with current health and safety standards and that all method statements and risk assessments have been reviewed and checklists completed
    • Conduct and monitor tool box meetings, health & safety training, including site inductions and site training are conducted as necessary
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them to understanding their needs.
    • Maintaining accurate Customer Relationship Management records and track all customer interactions.
    • Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality
    • Assess the quality of work at all stages

  • As a Site Manager you will work on complex and challenging developments to ensure that all aspects of the build programme are delivered to meet specified financial, quality, construction and safety targets and standards. You will coordinate all on-site labour activities and will be responsible for driving your site completion on schedule, within budget and most importantly, to the complete satisfaction of your customers. The ability to effectively manage sub-contractors, plant and materials is essential as is the determination and ability to maintain Health, Safety and Environmental standards of the highest order along with exemplary standards of site presentation.

    The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working within a Site Manager role or similar, gained within the house building industry. With a proven track record ideally supported by NHBC awards, you will be able to motivate and manage a successful site team. You will possess excellent communication skills, a logical and systematic approach and will by driven by your own high standards and objectives. As a minimum you will hold a CSCS Site Manager card and a relevant qualification in Construction or CIOB membership is desirable.

    They will consider a Site Manager who has experience as NO.1 on a large contract.

    You will be responsible for delivering the externa refurbishment program to tenanted and void properties as well as overseeing and managing a team of site managers, supervisors and resident liaison officers, running multiple streams at once.

    You will also be responsible for delivering the project on time and within budget whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.

  • TSR are working with a leading social housing / regeneration contractor to recruit a proactive Site Manager to deliver Social Housing refurbishments works to tenanted housing association properties in the West Midlands.

    Scope of works includes internal / external refurbishment schemes; Kitchens / Bathroom refurbishment, external repairs to street properties and assisted living care homes. This can include external decorations / painting, brickwork repairs, concrete repairs, re-roofing and roof repairs, replacement of windows and doors, and internal communal decorations. Properties can be single houses or low-rise complexes.

    As the Site Manager, you will supervise and manage the contractors undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will be responsible for management of sub-contractors, inspecting properties pre and post works, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day to day delivery of the programme. We're looking for an established Site Manager who has previously worked as a No. 1 Site Manager for a main contractor. You will be able to set up all Health and Safety documentation including Construction Phase Plans and have a proven track record in leading sites teams including Assistant SM, RLO's and in-house labour.
