    • Must be able to provide relevant checkable reference(s) on request.
    • Previous site experience is required, preferably on a similar project.
    • Must have full PPE.
    • Must have a valid CSCS Card.
    • Must have own tools.


    • Undergoing general site tasks under the direction of the foreman.
    • Complying with the health and safety regulations of the site.
    • Responsible for all shuttering joinery on site.


    Start Date: Immediate

    Rate: Negotiable.

    Hours:  Monday – Friday, minimum 8 hours per day

    ·Escort visitors around the Sales complex and ensure they are fully informed.

    ·Receive telephone enquiries from potential customers and provide appropriate information.

    ·Maintain contact with potential customers through regular updates of promotions.

    ·Maintain regular contact with existing customers on all aspects of the process.

    ·Follow the standard follow-up procedure with customers 21 days after legal completion.

    ·Receive complaints/issues/concerns from customers and ensure that appropriate action is taken to address them.

    ·Liaise with the Sales Manager to understand targets.

    ·Close sales by completing the reservation form and taking reservation deposits.

    Technical Manager

    Job Introduction:

    TSR have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Manager to join an established team in Bishops Auckland. As a key member of the team, you will play an integral part in the continuing success of this Area Office.

    Role Responsibility:

    • Provide technical support to the land and development teams to assist during feasibility studies.
    • Procure road and sewer designs, external works, private drainage, and, FFL’s in line with a brief produced by you.
    • Review and value engineer the infrastructure designs.
    • Identify new external consultants to supplement the current panel, agree fees, the scope of service, capability, timescales and deliverability. Formally appoint such consultants.
    • Produce a detailed design programme which identifies key dates and a critical path.
    • Procure foundation schedules in line with the geotechnical reports ensuring the most cost-effective solutions are identified.
    • Procure remediation strategies taking into consideration the geotechnical report, infrastructure requirements and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage all consultants to ensure the flow of information is within the agreed timescales and in accordance with the programme.
    • Coordination of adoption agreements for roads and sewers in a timely manner.
    • Respond to site queries and resolve technical/construction problems.
    • Interact with statutory bodies, local authorities and external consultants with regards to the satisfactory discharge of planning conditions within an agreed time frame.
    • Control the submission of building regulations and warranty applications.
    • Coordinate transfer plans, management plans for estate sales packs, liaising with Solicitors and Sales Department.
    • Appointment of management companies using and implementing the group procedure.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • The role requires a strong technical knowledge base ideally from a technical design background of either architectural or civil engineering (preferably both)
    • Knowledge of the housebuilding industry gained preferably with a high-volume house builder
    • Educated to HNC/HND level in a construction related qualification
    • Possess strong negotiation and communication skills
    • A broad technical understanding

    We are currently searching for a Head of Land & Planning for a top 10 UK housebuilder. The purpose of the role is to Identify, assess, pursue and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business. Also responsible for pro-actively sourcing, manage and progress land and partnership opportunities and to understand, implement and adhere to SHEQ policy and strategy


    Role duties:

    • Identify, assess, pursue and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business in accordance with the client's Quality Management System
    • Lead and supervise, where appointed, bid submissions
    • Legal agreement negotiations on projects
    • Develop relationships with current and potential partner organisations and other client
    • companies to advance scheme progress and explore additional opportunities.
    • Provide regular updates regarding existing land holdings and proposed future land purchases.
    • Lead involvement in project Community Engagement and Investment

    • Preparation and production

    Duct Fitter & Mate

    TSR are currently recruiting for Duct Fitter pair - Preferably a duct Fitter & mate to work on a new build amazon warehouse.


    Duties include:

    • Sheet metal work
    • Fitting Duct in the roof
    • Able to read from drawings

    12 hour days - 7am - 7pm (TBC)


    The work is 1 - 3 months


    Successful candidates must have CSCS, IPAF & PASMA

    Project Administrator

    TSR require a project Administrator to be based at an industrial construction site in Darlington. The role is to establish and maintain all aspects of project office administration as a service to the whole site team. A key aspect is change and revision management of incoming and outgoing drawings and documentation.

    List of main responsibilities and key outcomes:

    • To establish the site & office set up at the start of a project by liaising with the Project Manager, IT department & Procurement department.
    • To build good working relationships with all parties involved in the project ranging from internal departments to external Clients and Sub-Contractors.
    • To establish an internal document control process in line with the company standards, in order to ensure reliable and efficient management, control and distribution of documentation.
    • To keep this document control process up to date on a daily basis so the project manager is always aware of the latest progress on drawings.
    • To manage in and outgoing documentation and drawings by use of EDMS such as ‘4 projects’ or ‘BIW’ (where available) to ensure that communications is effective and the project team is aware of the latest information.
    • To set up, operate and maintain the electronic and hard copy filing systems and to communicate the systems efficiently and effectively to all project members. 
    •  To ensure all hardcopy folders and drawing racks are constantly up to date with latest revisions.
    • To liaise with engineers to make sure all RFI, Q&A, MS and TS schedules are constantly up to date.
    • To liaise with site supervisors to establish and maintain H&S registers.
    • To liaise with site supervisors to establish and maintain attendance registers of subcontractors by using their daily site diaries input to make sure hours are registered correctly.
    • To keep a register of staff attendance
    • To procure non-technical items such as PPE and stationary.
    • To assist in an effective project completion by arranging storage for all electronic documentation for the purpose of archiving, issuing Record Drawings and issuing O&M manuals for customer aftercare.
    • To answer and screen incoming phone calls.
    • Maintain the project meeting diary and manage meeting room bookings.
    • Other administration works including arranging induction passes and being a first point of contact to all visitors, typing or scanning of minutes and letters and distribution of post.

    You will have:

    • A minimum of 3 years experience in administration, of which preferably 3 years on a construction site or similar environment.
    • English and Maths capabilities at a minimum level of GCSE grade B or equivalent.
    • Be familiar with an Electronic Document Management System

    Further skills required:

    • MS outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint to a minimum of Level 2.
    • Computer Literacy and keyboard skills to VQ level 2
    • Ability  to multitask
    • Excellent, confident and polite telephone manners
    • Effective communication skills
    • Accurate administration and record keeping skills
