Retrofit Operations Manager – Social Housing

Hertfordshire

Up to £85K + Car Allowance + Bonus

TS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing refurbishment Contractor based in Hertfordshire who are now actively recruiting an Operations Manager.

You will have experience leading a Team of Contract Managers.

Responsibilities:

The Retrofit Operations Manager oversees retrofit schemes, ensuring PAS 2030/2035 compliance and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include managing compliance, supporting tender processes, building project teams, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves quality control, subcontractor compliance, site visits, supply chain management, and overseeing audits. Additionally, the manager ensures projects meet company standards and improves EPC ratings through retrofit methods.

Requirements:

• Experience in social housing
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of Contracts Managers and Site Managers
• Track record of successfully delivering large projects
