£40,000 to £50,000 + company car

TS Recruitment are actively working with a Drylining Contractor based in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join the experienced team

Benefits

• Basic salary circa £40-50,000 per annum

• 35 days annual leave including bank holidays and Christmas shutdown

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage labour costs on site

• Subcontract wages

• Payment applications

• Cost value reports.

• Complete final accounts.

• Ensure projects are completed within budget.

• Work closely with the Commercial Director and support the Trainee QS.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Commercial experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.

• Drylining or Subcontract experience

• Preferably degree educated.

• Good IT and numerical skills.

• Full UK driving license
