TS Recruitment are actively working with a regional main contractor based in Manchester who are looking to recruit a bricklayers labourer.

Benefits

• Basic salary circa £27,000 per annum
• Permanent work in and around Manchester.

• 3% employer and 5% employee pension contributions

• 28 Days annual leave including bank holidays

Job Role & Responsibilities of the Bricklayers labourer:

• Clean stone and brickwork on restoration projects using a high-pressure steam washer
• Ensure health and safety is followed on site
• Support bricklayers including loading out and mixing mortar
• Roughly 60/40 split between steam cleaning and labouring

• Project values up to £1 million
• Main contractor specialising in restoration work
• Main contractor with a regular repeat client base

Knowledge/Experience:

• Previous experience cleaning stone using a high-pressure steam cleaner essential
• 2 years plus experience preferred
• CSCS card essential
• Previous work reference from a similar role
• Full UK driving license
