TSR Ipswich Ltd are looking for a Recruitment Resourcers to join our friendly and busy team in Felixstowe.

The role is to be supportive towards the team and undertake the following duties:

• Searching/sourcing for v5_candidates via direct advertising, job boards, social media and referrals
• Registering and interviewing new v5_candidates to evaluate their skills, experience and career goals
• Conducting marketing activity to attract new v5_candidates to register with TSR Ipswich Ltd
• Advertising vacancies in line with legal guidelines
• Conducting registrations ensuring legal paperwork and ID are taken and verified
• Building close relationships with v5_candidates
• Develop close working relationships with clients to identify their current and future business needs
• Demonstrating the necessary understanding of the recruitment processes and time scales to successfully manage client expectations
• Understanding the processes, procedures and requirements of the clients' internal recruitment systems
• Matching v5_candidates to temporary/interim opportunities and filling existing temporary assignments
• Obtaining referrals and leads from v5_candidates
