TS Recruitment are working with a nationwide facilities management company, who are looking to add Building Services Engineer's to their ranks within the Cambridgeshire area, electrical biased individuals.

You will be responsible for managing both planned preventative maintenance and reactive duties for commercial properties.

Requirements:

· Prior experience in building services, property services, or facilities management.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, even under pressure.

· Possession of level 3 qualification in electrical installation and 18th edition .
