Position: Multi-Skilled Engineer – Mechanical Bias

Location: Derby

Salary: >£38k DOE

Hours: 7am-7pm, 4 on 4 off

TSR are looking for Multi-Skilled Engineer – Mechanical Bias to work across reactive and planned maintenance projects for our client based in the Derby area.

The Multi-Skilled Engineer – Mechanical Bias will be responsible for maintaining the companies Mechanical services across all operational equipment as well as assisting with other skilled professionals on site where needed.

The Multi-Skilled Engineer – Mechanical Bias will be responsible for:

• Maintaining, repairing, and calibrating electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant to optimize both reliability and maintainability
• Carrying out remedial works
• Ensure KPIs are met with both contracts and suppliers where needed
• The Multi-Skilled Engineer will need to produce accurate reports

Experience needed for the Multi-Skilled Engineer – Mechanical Bias:

• 5years’ experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer – Mechanical Bias
• The Multi-Skilled Engineer – Mechanical Bias must have experience with Oil ran machinery and moving parts
• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance or Mechanical engineering is a must
• Must be able to read technical drawings
• The Multi-Skilled Engineer must be happy to assist across the floor with other tasks where needed
