TSR are recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator for our client, a well-established, industry leading Housebuilder who have had a position arise in their after sales team.

As a Customer Care Coordinator you will:

  • Be the first point of customer contact to log and report property defects
  • Prepare and provide defects reports
  • Liaise regularly with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure remedial works have been carried out
  • Manage the diary of the in-house technicians
  • Ordering materials
  • Coordinating works
  • Processing invoices for supplier payments
  • Keeping the in-house database up to date

In return you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 based on experience amongst other benefits.
