Position: Reactive Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: £24ph + van, fuel card

Role: Temporary – Permanent

Location: To cover the North and North West areas of London

TSR are looking a Reactive Maintenance Supervisor to work within the reactive maintenance team and directly reporting to the Maintenance Team Lead.

Our client is a mixed use and residential developer and covers the whole of London and surrounding areas.

The skills for the Reactive Maintenance Supervisor:

• The Reactive Maintenance Supervisor will be managing a large team within Social Housing/ Local Authority projects
• You must have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of trades and maintenance
• Ability to deliver KPIs and manage budgets
• Passion for inclusive working practices
• Brilliant Customer Service
• Able to motivate others to deliver under pressure
• Knowledge of Health and Safety including knowledge of Asbestos, Fire and Hygiene
