Technical Manager - New Build Housing

TSR are currently recruiting for a Technical Manager, on behalf of a 5* UK house builder growth has established themselves as a leading name in the Residential market. You will be responsible for managing a technical team of engineers, architects and support staff.

On offer for the successful Technical Manager is a competitive salary between £65,000 - £70,000 depending on experience + Company car/car allowance, pension, healthcare and additional company benefits.

Role duties:

• Managing a team of engineers ensuring work is completed on time
• Reporting to the Technical Director, you will assist with his day to day duties
• Project management and administration of all design and technical matters

Skills and abilities required:

• Technical Manager, Engineering bias working for a developer or contractor
• Experience of managing or mentoring individuals
• Good at developing relationships
• Flexible - able to work at all levels and at hands on level
