Labourer

TSR currently seek site Labourers to work alongside a National new homes project based in Leeds LS14. You will be working with an existing team to support the construction of new residential properties. Immediate starts available.

This position is an ongoing assignment based on: Monday to Friday – 07:30am – 16:30pm.

Hourly Pay rate is: £10.50 PAYE or £11.90 Umbrella.

Role

· Movement of materials on site.

· Support existing trades team with materials and equipment.

· General cleaning and maintenance of site.

Duties and key skills

· Follow and promote a safe working practice.

· Demonstrate a hard-working approach to work.

· A practical and hands on approach.

· A key eye for detail.

· Organised and able to follow instructions.

· Able to adjust to timed deadlines.

v5_candidates must possess a valid CSCS Card and have safety boots, hi vis vest/jacket and a hard hat.
