Contract Manager
Location: Hull

Are you a seasoned Contracts Manager or Site Manager seeking your next career challenge? Looking for a permanent role in the Hull area?
TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading Dry Lining Contractor looking to expand their team with an experienced Contract Manager.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £50k - £60k per annum
- Performance-based company bonus (up to 10%)
- 30 days of annual leave, including bank holidays
- Regular office hours: 7am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple dry lining projects across the region
- Supervise Site Supervisors/Managers to ensure projects run smoothly
- Conduct weekly site visits to monitor progress, quality, and address any issues
- Attend site meetings with clients and main contractors
- Maintain commercial awareness to ensure projects stay within budget
- Handle procurement of materials and plant
- Prepare and update risk assessments, method statements, and project programmes
- Oversee quality control and ensure documentation is properly managed
Company Overview:
- Specialist dry lining subcontractor with over 30 years of trading history
- Projects range from £5k to £1 million
- Manage 5-12 projects at a time depending on size
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing construction projects
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong IT skills
