Quantity Surveyor – Dry Lining
Location: Manchester
Salary: £30,000 to £50,000 plus package (dependant on experience)

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge? Are you from a drylining or other subcontract background? TS Recruitment are actively working with a Drylining Contractor based in West Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their business.

Benefits

• Basic Salary: Circa £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Annual Leave: 31 days including bank holidays

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Manage Labour Costs on Site: Oversee and control labour expenses.
• Subcontractor Wages: Ensure timely and accurate wage payments.
• Payment Applications: Prepare and submit payment applications.
• Cost Value Reports: Compile and analyse cost value reports.
• Complete Final Accounts: Finalise project accounts.
• Budget Management: Ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team and directors.

Knowledge/Experience

• Experience: Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Specialization: Drylining or subcontract experience.
• Education: Preferably degree educated.
• Skills: Good IT and numerical skills.
• License: Full UK driving license.
