    Duties

    • Support and work alongside the Operations Director to provide efficient, effective, high quality and customer focused after sales and maintenance service within the Customer Care department

    • To grow a strong Customer Care Team

    • Ensuring customer care experience is represented in all aspects of operational delivery

    • Ensure that the Customer Care team are trained and motivated to deliver the best customer service

    • Handle and resolve high level / difficult customer complaints and feedback the results of inspections and audits to the site team and senior management

    • Analyse and monitor the customer profile and associated customer needs

    • Development of truly breakthrough customer experiences which are aligned to the future needs of our customers and the business

    • To review our current processes and ensure that they are being used to maximise our opportunities

    • Work closely with product development team to ensure that future development aligns with customer expectations

    • Develop relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholders within all regions to ensure development and delivery of consistently great customer experiences into the business

    • Develop your team members by enabling and motivating them to be the best that they can, building a strong talent pipeline to support the growth of the Business, completing Talent Mapping and Succession Planning bi-annually ahead of the mid-year and year-end Performance Development Reviews and discussing the outputs in these meetings

    In return you will receive an attractive salary of £40,000 per annum + car allowance + company benefits.

    We are looking for a New Homes Legal Executive to join our client, a highly successful regional housebuilder, to effectively administer and co-ordinate all legal processes.

    As a Legal Executive you will be responsible for:

    • To effectively administer and co-ordinate all aspects of the legal process of house sales ensuring the delivery of key targets.
    • To understand, implement and adhere to SHEQ policy and strategy.
    • Check information is accurate on reservation forms, plot schedules, progression sheets and customer profiles.
    • Monitor the progress of all reservations through to legal completion.
    • Provide forecast of contracts and legal completions.
    • Update sales system with new reservations.
    • Serve notice to appointed solicitor when plots complete and issue final accounts to the solicitor for completion.

    You must have the following:

    • Preferably worked within a legal background prior.
    • Flexible and agile approach.
    • Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude.
    • Skilled in relationship building.
    • Excellent level of maths and English, verbal and written communications.
    • High level of literacy and computer illiterate.
    • Able to work on own initiative.

    As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:

    • Proactively selling New Homes via following up leads and booking viewing appointments
    • Track and respond to all leads an enquiries
    • Showing potential clients around properties
    • Controlling the sales process and liaising with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale
    • Negotiating and securing sales
    • Ensuring potential buyers are financially qualified
    • Update internal CRM systems

    You must be the following to be successful in this role:
