Customer Care Technician


TSR are currently working with a national home developer in their search for a Maintenance Operative. Based out of Castle Bromwich you will cover the surrounding areas.

When a customer buys a brand-new house, they come with a warranty, there will be problems in the house, and it will be this person’s job to put them right and deliver top notch customer service skills.

We are looking for someone who will go the extra mile for the customer and complete the jobs to the highest standards.

Reporting into the Customer Service manager you will be given your PDA where your jobs will be scheduled onto. You will arrive at customers houses and solve any problems that they have.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Experienced in a Maintenance or multi trade role working in customers’ homes
  • Plumbing
  • Tiling
  • Patch plastering
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Joinery/Carpentry
  • Hold a trade qualification
  • Strong communication and organisational skills


For the successful candidate my client is offering a Salary of up to £32,000 + van and fuel card plus some additional benefits.
