I joined the business in January 2020 as joint Managing Director, working alongside Lliam Brocksom supporting the growth of TSR. My role is mainly focused on training, development and retention, building and developing teams of sales professionals throughout the business, driving digital transformation and sustainable growth in our chosen sectors.

I have worked in Construction, Engineering and Property recruitment for just over 23 years, with a track record of building high performing, passionate, award-winning sales teams who care about the needs of both client and candidate.
