Mechanical Project Manager - NW

TSR are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager in Yorkshire.

You will be responsible for managing multiple mechanical installation projects across the commercial, health, education, and industrial sectors. You will also have full responsibility for the project at handover from estimating to its completion and ensure that your project is delivered to our client on time and within budget.

Duties:

• Procurement of materials and labour
• Management of directly employed and sub-contract/specialist labour
• Management of design process
• Overseeing HSE activities
• Liaising with clients
• Overseeing multiple projects and ensuring a high-quality mechanical services installation
• Programming, planning, and reporting of all project management activities.

The ideal candidate will have the following...

• 4 years of experience from a Contracting background
• HNC/HND or similar building services-related qualifications would be considered an advantage.
• A proven track record in a similar position
• Building Services project management background with strong mechanical engineering skill set.
• Management of multiple projects
• Strong client-facing skills.
• Good level of IT literacy and strong organisation skills.
• A desire to embrace training development and progression within a business.
