Job Title: Joiner

Start Date: Monday 23rd June 2025

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Joiner for a 4 month refurbishment project in a care home located in Durham. The work will focus on the refurbishment of ensuite bathrooms, working as part of a small, skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting plumbers with the installation of low-level shower trays

• Strip out works

• Installing new boxing and making good around pipework

• Fitting plasterboard and making necessary repairs in preparation for plasterers

• Carrying out general joinery duties as required throughout the ensuite refurbishments

Requirements:

• Proven experience in joinery

• Own tools and PPE

• CSCS card

• Ability to work well with other trades on site
