Job Title: Plumber
Location: Durham
Rate: £25 per hour

We are currently seeking a skilled Plumber to work on the refurbishment of ensuites in a care home in Durham.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works
- Installing new toilets
- Fitting low-level access shower trays
- Ensuring high standards of finish in a live care environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar refurbishment projects
- Own tools and PPE
- CSCS card
