Job Title: Recruitment Sales Executive (Permanent Construction Division)

Salary: £25-27k with uncapped performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their hiring needs, wants and desires.
• Collaborate with other divisions within the business.
• Grow your own desk, market share and knowledge by networking with candidates and client.
• Consistently hit and surpass KPIs, celebrating wins and learning from challenges
