Skilled Labourer

TSR need a Multi-Skilled Operative for a social housing job in Coventry (CV4/CV5/CV6)

You will be required to undertake a number of maintenance task on social houses within CV4 5 & 6

You will be expect to carry out small amounts of:

Joinery

Painting

Plastering

Dry wall

Snagging

Making good

It will include general repair, filling, patching, straightening cupboard doors - General handyman upkeep and fixing.

Must have own tools, a van/car, and experience in social housing

Work is consistent and ongoing. Opportunity to work direct for the client after 12 weeks through agency.
