TSR Recruitment are currently looking to source a commercial generator engineer for a West Midlands based business, supplying generators across the UK. This supplier has been operating successfully for several years and supplies a range of products, delivering nationwide.

This is a permanent role, operating nationwide and will be hands on, travelling to sites carrying out installations, planned maintenance and repairs on commercial generators.

The Role

Planned and reactive maintenance

Installation and commissioning of generators

Repairs and remedial works on site and at head office

The Person

A proactive and problem solving approach able to work independently

Strong communication, Verbal and written

The ability to balance technical expertise with a practical understanding

Full UK Driving licence

Time-served Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above

Previous experience in a mechanical engineering role is highly desirable

Remuneration

Negotiable depending on experience
