Job Title: New Build Housing Site Manager
Location: Keighley
Contract: Temporary - Until Christmas 2025
We are seeking an experienced New Build Housing Site Manager to oversee a busy residential development site in Keighley. This is a temporary position running until Christmas 2025, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site management of a busy new build housing development
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly followed and enforced
- Coordinating subcontractors and site staff
- Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management
- Maintaining high standards of quality and site presentation
Requirements:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work Certificate
- Proven experience in managing new build housing projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
