Overview: We are currently seeking a Yard Operative with a valid forklift licence to join our team in Leeds. This role will involve operating a forklift to move and load materials within our yard. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and must hold a valid forklift licence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to move and load materials in the yard
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment in the yard
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Valid forklift licence
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork
