Customer Care Coordinator

TSR are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Customer Care Coordinator for a top new build housing developer based in Basildon.

This is a permanent role and we are looking for candidates who have Housing experience as well as high levels of Customer Service skills.

The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and effective customer care service, liaising with customers, contractors, site and management teams whilst maintaining effective working relationships.

Duties

• Liaise with all customers and sub-contractors to establish an excellent after sales/maintenance response to all complaints / queries.

• Answer calls and e-mails from customers regarding their property repairs, dealing with them empathetically, professionally and positively, ensuring their queries are answered and resolved within the agreed timescales

• Maintain regular communications/updates with the customers

• Always follow the principles set out in the Customer Journey program

• Ensure the Customer Journey tracker is viewed daily and upon receipt of the NHBC survey ensure all comments and information is logged

• All defect repairs to be logged accurately

• Maintain accurate and concise records of all repairs, solutions and notes/comments

• Assist the Head of Customer Care to prepare informative and accurate reports for management meetings/director’s meetings as required

• Responsible for managing all maintenance items properties and liaising with purchasers and subcontractors

• General administration duties for the Head of Customer Care

• Ensure the Customer Journey protocols are achieved, in the time frame allocate

• Comply with our GDPR policy

• Plan and monitor the work of the customer care supervisor in advance to ensure continuation of work.

• Liaise with Site Managers, Contracts Managers and Construction Director prior to arranging any meetings with customers for the Customer Care Manager.

Sales Advisor

TSR are recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join our client, a leading 5* UK Housebuilder for their North East Midlands region.

As a New Homes Sales Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively selling New Homes via following up leads and booking viewing appointments
  • Track and respond to all leads an enquiries
  • Showing potential clients around properties
  • Controlling the sales process and liaising with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale
  • Negotiating and securing sales
  • Ensuring potential buyers are financially qualified
  • Update internal CRM systems

You must be the following to be successful in this role:

  • Target driven individual
  • Previous experience of selling New Homes
  • Able to self motivate and work independently
  • Have a full clean driving license and use of own car
  • Be well presented at all times
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills

In return you will receive a competitive package, up to £28,000 basic with an OTE of £60,000 + Bonus and company benefits.

Maintenance Operative

TSR are currently searching for an experienced Maintenance Operative on an 18 month fixed term contract, for our client a highly successful New Build Housing Developer, to cover the North Yorkshire area.

The role will involve visiting customers’ homes on developments to implement all remedial works to customers properties. You will be provided with a van and fuel card.

You will be highly experienced in;

  • Joinery
  • Patch plastering
  • Hanging and re-fitting doors
  • Filling
  • Sanding
  • Painting & decorating
  • Basic plumbing
  • Basic electrical

To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • You will have a clean driving license
  • You will have knowledge of reporting and assessing defects in homes
  • You will be willing to get on and work in a busy environment
  • You will be a team player and also able to work on own initiative

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

TSR are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work for a fantastic, unique new build housing developer based in their West Yorkshire region.

The key responsibilities include:

• Support with the commercial reporting of projects within the region covered by the local office

• Negotiate with a variety of external suppliers to ensure that work is carried out to a very high standard and at a reasonable cost

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of external partners to ensure high quality is being delivered

• Ensuring that commercial reporting of any Joint Venture schemes is accurate

• Stay up to date with continuing changes in product development and relevant building legislation that may have an impact on your work

• Develop a close relationship with the site teams and a detailed knowledge of your allocated sites by maintaining a visible site presence, ensuring all developments are visited regularly and attending site meetings as required

The Successful Applicant:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within property and housing (residential)

• A good knowledge and appreciation of UK building regulations and health and safety requirements within the industry

• Experience managing both internal and external clients in a commercial environment and an ability to build lasting and meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders

• A degree or higher education course which is accredited by the Institution for Chartered Surveyors (RICS)

• Strong knowledge and experience of relevant IT systems and experience with MS Office

• Live within a commutable distance of Birmingham.
