TS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor based in London who are now recruiting a Works Supervisor on a permanent basis.

Coming from a Trades background you must be willing to work ‘on the tools’ to help out on some projects; Planned and Reactive Maintenance.

• To undertake daily inspections of properties
• Review progress and respond to any issues
• Carry out pre-inspections with Council Surveyors if required
• Arrange Tool-box talks
• Ensure that the teams objectives are completed
• Take a lead role on health and safety matters
• Pre-inspections with Council Surveyors if required
• Experience within Planned / Reactive Works Supervisor role
• Previous experience with Health & Safety
• UK Driving licence
• Has managed operatives/contractors
• Computer literate Supervisor
