Quantity Surveyor - Dry Lining Specialist

Midlands (Birmingham-based projects)

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum Benefits

Permanent | Full-Time

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with expertise in dry lining and ceilings?

TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading dry lining contractor to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to support continued growth across high-rise developments and commercial schemes.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage commercial aspects of dry lining and ceiling packages

Prepare and submit CVRs, payment applications, and approve wages and subcontractor payments

Handle variations, final accounts, and cost reporting

Collaborate with site teams to maintain budgets and timelines

Conduct regular site visits to oversee commercial performance

Report to the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director

Procure materials and set up call-off agreements

About the Company:

️ Specialist in drywall and ceilings

Projects valued between £1M - £5M

Working with Tier 1 Main Contractors

Focused on high-rise student accommodation and residential buildings

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Strong technical understanding of dry lining and ceilings

✔️ Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)

✔️ Confident using IT and preparing reports

✔️ Full UK driving licence
