Site Manager

Cladding and Facades

West Midlands

£260 - £270 Per Day

TSR Recruitment are currently looking to source a Site manager for a regional construction business with a project in Redditch. This role will suit a site manager with experience in cladding and facades in a commercial setting. This is a new build scheme working on a tier 1 contractor site.

This is a 10-week assignment with the potential of future work within the façade, cladding and roofing sector in the Midlands.

The Role

Site health and safety monitoring and enforcing

Liaise effectively with other site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations.

Coordinate with clients to review and adhere to programme schedules and ensure the work is completed as planned.

Reporting to Project Manager, update on progress

The Person

A proactive approach and strong personality

Strong communication, Verbal and written

The ability to balance technical expertise with a practical understanding of site delivery

Experience working on a tier 1 site

SMSTS, CSCS (Black card), First Aid, (NVQ level 6)

Remuneration

Day rate of pay £260 - £270 CIS payments
