There’s no mystery to what we do. We help our clients recruit the best people for their businesses.  It really is that simple. 

How do we do that?

3. Across each of the 8 sectors we service, none of us are generalists. 

So, if you’re looking for an Electrician or a Bricklayer, you will speak to one of our Trades & Labour Consultants.  If you’re recruiting a Gas Engineer or HVAC Engineer, you will speak to one of our M&E Consultants.  Whether you are looking for permanent, temporary or contract staff, one of our specialist Recruitment Consultants will be able to help.  From your first conversation with us, you will realise straight away that we really know our stuff.

You might be surprised that we don’t mind admitting there’s nothing particularly clever or unique about what we do.  The reason we’re so successful is simply down to the fact that we work really hard, and we do things properly:

1. We take a very detailed brief so we really understand what you need; we will ask you questions that other recruiters probably won’t.   
2. Then, when we search for candidates, we vet them thoroughly.  That’s how we match the right people with the right job and the right company. 

Does that sound too simple?  We did try to tell you this isn’t rocket science!

Having said all that, we also don’t pretend to be perfect.  Things can sometimes go wrong.  When they do, we put them right – quickly.
