Our client, a leading construction company in London, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scaffolding Contracts Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all scaffolding contracts, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate and manage the scheduling and deployment of scaffolding teams to various sites.
• Provide technical expertise and support to team members.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and monitor project budgets and costs.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scaffolding Contracts Manager.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
