Job Description

We are recruiting for an ever-growing Construction Consultancy undertaking a variety of work in various sectors. They predominantly work in education, blue light and private clients. Their services range from Surveying Work, Contract Administration and Project Management. Due to growth they are now expanding and looking for a graduate surveyor to join our team.

Role

They are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their company based in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various surveys, managing construction projects and undertaking the contract administration role. 

You MUST be happy to travel NATIONWIDE.

Skills Required

They require a candidate who is self-motivated and able to have a proactive approach to all situations. You must have:

- MUST HAVE DELAPIDATION experience

- Client Management Skills

- Ability to manage projects keeping key stakeholders up to date

- Strong Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Skills

- Ability to work within a team

- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapports with clients

- A self starter attitude and understanding of business focus

- A good understanding of JCT Contracts

- The ability to deliver results and set / deliver to realistic timescales

Qualifications Required

- Degree in Building Surveying

- Full UK Driving License

In return you will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience level company car and performance bonus.
