Quantity Surveyor - Dry Lining Specialist

London (Site Based)

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum Benefits

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with expertise in dry lining and ceilings?

TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading dry lining contractor to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to support continued growth across high-rise developments and commercial schemes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial aspects of dry lining and ceiling packages
• Prepare and submit CVRs, payment applications, and approve wages and subcontractor payments
• Handle variations, final accounts, and cost reporting
• Collaborate with site teams to maintain budgets and timelines
• Site based role working with the Project Manager and attending site meetings
• Report to the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director
• Procure materials and set up call-off agreements

About the Company:

• Specialist in drywall and ceilings
• Projects valued between £1M - £5M
• Working with Tier 1 Main Contractors
• Focused on high-rise student accommodation and residential buildings

What We're Looking For:

• Strong technical understanding of dry lining and ceilings
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Confident using IT and preparing reports
• Full UK driving licence
